• Individual Entry
• The contestant shall caption the artwork appropriately
• The contestant shall only use lead pencils and white shade pencils(if required) only
• Each contestant shall submit one entry only
• The dimensions of the entry shall not exceed standard A3 size sheets
• The artwork shall be a part of the art/photo gallery exhibition
• The entries are to be received by the organizers on or before 26th January 2017
• Mandatory details which are to be provided:
• 1. Name
• 2. Phone No
• 3. College Name
• 4. Theme
• The hardcopy of the original artwork must be submitted directly to the organizers or post it to the given address:
