Face painting at its best form"

Team Composition: 2 maximum
Each team shall comprise of 2 participants. One among the two shall be the painter
Half of the face of the other contestant shall be painted based on any character from Marvel and the other half based on any character from DC
The completion time for the same shall be 3 hours
Contestants have to commence the painting on site, else entries will not be permitted
The contestants shall use any face painting means
The use of masks or props are not permitted
The grading of the judges are final and binding
